Using Spotchecks
Spotchecks is a free tool to explore local data in England. By using this site, you agree to: • Use the service only for lawful, personal purposes. • Not misuse, disrupt or attempt to interfere with the platform. • Respect the rights of others when submitting or viewing content.
Accounts and Saved Data
You can create an account to save and revisit postcodes. You are responsible for: • Keeping your login details secure. • Managing your saved postcodes appropriately. • Letting us know if you notice unauthorised use of your account. You can delete saved postcodes at any time. If you'd like to delete your account, email us.
Data and Tracking
We store: • Your email address and password (securely, via Firebase Auth). • Postcodes you save under your account. • Anonymous search and usage data (via Google Analytics). Your data is not sold or shared. Please see our Privacy Policy for more detail.
Changes and Termination
We may update or withdraw parts of the service at any time. We reserve the right to: • Suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms. • Modify or remove features without notice. • Revise these terms – check this page for the latest version. If you no longer agree with the terms, please stop using the service.
